He is a first born in a family of two, did his primary school education in various schools and then was selected to Mbidzi Community Sec School. He loved music ever since he was young but the ambition to do his own music grew when he joined a church choir group. In 2010 he released a gospel single titled “Zanga Zonse” which enjoyed the airwaves at a local radio station in Nkhotakota. Khetche also worked as a presenter at Nkhotakota Community Radio Station from 2008 to 2011.
