Popular RnB star, Theo Thomson, put up a spectacular show at Robins Park yesterday, 5th June 2016, as he was launching his second album titled “White Elephant”. Three singles, namely Magic, She Just Don’t Know and Maybe Tomorrow had been released prior to the album launch. Word about the event was all over and the response in terms of crowd size indeed showed that people had been waiting for the performers show.
The whole venue was filled and tickets ran out with a huge crowd outside still trying to get in. The perfect sound quality and awesome lighting on the stage also made the show one of a kind.
His first album launch was massive and he put up another show to beat the launch of his former album.
The supporting artists included Tay Grin, Bucci, Sangie, Dare Devilz and Dali who all put up spectacular performances that had the crowd hyped in preparation for the White Elephant to get on stage. Check out some of the shows other photos below:
At the end of the show we saw two individuals buy the album at K300,000 each as a result of a tie during the auction. One of these individuals happens to be Patience Namadingo who seems to be putting much effort in supporting the local industry asides his own music career which is doing so well at the moment.
