Its now a norm, Malawi music Industry embraces more female artists that blew up but later fail to sustain fame and spotlight and comes nowhere to be seen. However the new voice of Thegu might go for a long time, the 21 year old lady has the magical voice as heard in her newest single titled “Sindikusiya”.

When Speaking in an interview with Malawi Music dot com about her latest song and possible future, Thegu promised her growing fan base that she will not follow other female artists that give up after becoming famous.
Her New single “Sindikusiya” vows on love and never to let go. As title suggests “Sindikusiya” Never let go, Thegu fuses Afro RnB and Pop and her magical vocals sets her on Wendy Harawa and Zannie Challe’s type of league. Furthermore, Thegu reveals she is working on the video of Sindikusiya.

Thegu real name Agatha Mkolesia is a Mzuzu based Afro-Pop, Reggae and Dancehall artist. Born on 27 January 1992 and last born in a family of 4, Thegu is inspired by Tressor and Zahara. She is currently signed to a Lilongwe based Record Label “WALES MEDIA LINKS” managed by Mphatso Kery Chabwera
