Singer Patience Namadingo has recently signed a K20 million deal with FDH Bank as their digital banking brand ambassador.
The Mapulani hit-maker was officially unveiled on Wednesday at the bank’s head offices in Blantyre where he was also given a brand new Mercedes benz.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony, Namadingo said he will use his position as a bridge between his fans and the bank.
“I connect with people and people connect with me, so I will take this message to them”
FDH Senior Manager for Digital Banking Sales, Yamikani Mbawala, said he expects Namadingo to take the bank’s message of digital banking and deliver it to his fans.
“Patience Namadingo is a big brand, one of the most talented artists and he is one of the most trending artists at the moment. We expect to have as many customers as possible understand our products more because sometimes you need another person to tell a story about your products,” Mbawala said.
The deal will run for a year and a half with a possibility to be extended. The artist is currently trending with his Mashups and he has recently delivered a latest Mashup with the Black Missionaries. You get it here
