South African music sensation Eemoh, known for his chart-topping hit Ngishutheni (which translates to Take a Picture of Me), is set to perform in Malawi at Macelba’s much-anticipated “After the Silence” concert next month.
Speaking in a video message, Eemoh expressed excitement about performing in Malawi for the first time and said he looks forward to entertaining fans and supporting fellow artist Smart “Macelba” Banda.
“I can’t wait to be part of this amazing concert. Big love to Macelba and all my fans in Malawi. Let’s make it unforgettable,” said Eemoh.
The concert is scheduled to take place on July 26, 2025, at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) Amphitheatre in Lilongwe. Macelba confirmed that Eemoh is just the first among several international and local performers expected to rock the stage during the show.
Organizers say more announcements are coming soon regarding additional artists, dates for other party series, and other concert details. However, fans can already look forward to performances from local heavyweights such as Eli Njuchi, Emmie Deebo, Malinga, Gwamba, and others yet to be unveiled.
The “After the Silence” concert is being promoted as a major entertainment event, especially for fans of amapiano and Afro-fusion music. With Eemoh’s inclusion, anticipation for the event has reached new heights.
Macelba hinted that fans should expect another major international name teasing the reveal of a surprise guest artist very soon.
