Yesterday, Van Ngongo entertainment, a local Record Label made an announcement through a press release that it has parted ways with Afro-Pop singer, Leslie after 3 years of working together.
The press release by Van Ngongo entertainment which was signed by Chikumbutso Awali reads;-
“On this day, 3rd January, 2022, Van Ngongo entertainment informs the media and general public the end of the 3 year contract signed with Afro Pop artist, Leslie Moyo.
Leslie Moyo has been a great artist, hardworking, and passionate about music. Her growth in Music over the past 3 years has really been impressive and productive. We thank her fans for making this journey an easy one..
We also thank all the institutions we have worked with during this period Iincluding TNM, ADECOTS, Ministry of Foreign affairs, Ministry of Local Government, Prime media, Sand music festival e.t.c, Please continue supporting her dream .
As Leslie continues her musical journey as an independent artist, Van Ngongo entertainment wishes her nothing but the best and more years of success.

Leslie has thanked the recording label for the 3 years journey, saying she has learnt a lot from them.
“Thank you Van Ngongo entertainment for the 3 year journey. I have learnt a lot from the team work. Thank you for wishing me success as I take an independent journey. Much love to all that have been supportive”, said Leslie.
She has since promised to continue giving good music to her fans.
While working with Van Ngongo, Leslie released hit songs like Romeo and Juliet, Bambo a Teresa which she featured Saint and recently released Kalilore.
She also released an album titled Nthambi.
