Dancehall artist and Mabilinganya Empire co-founder, Major Star has unleashed the cover for his impending Extended Play (EP) while confirming it’s release date.
Formerly known as Black Star, the artist took to social media alerting his fans that they should be expecting the drop of the EP on December, 23rd, 2023, as he also called it a Christmas gift to them.
“Dear God, thank you so much for allowing us to drop African TASTE EP next week Friday midnight, December 23. This is Christmas gift to all my fans, let’s celebrate, “read part of the text.
The front cover of the EP designed by Moze Arts shows the artist holding the Map of Africa, perhaps to slightly-match the EP’s name and to communicate that his songs are being listened to in all places on African continent and not just in Malawi.
The back-cover reveals the EP carries 10 tracks with guest features including Mabilinganya Empire, Enock Bower, Moss, among others.
Producer, Martin Anjelz has contributed almost 70 percent of the EP’s production.
Major Star has already dropped three tracks from the incoming EP, Summer Time, Fast Wheel and the latest one being Eliana.
