MoBeatz ,a new record outfit ran by veteran rapper Junior Cee introduces its first artist to produce under the label. The Culprit, born Chinsinsi Chaluluka, is a sharp rapper with deep lyrical content. His delivery is smooth with a touch of some ghetto philosophy spicing up his music. The Culprit is working on his first Album with MoBeatz titled “Ghetto By Association (GBA)“.
Public Service Announcement (Streets on my block), is the first single from the album GBA (Ghetto By Association). Just listen to what the track is talking about and you will know the kind of hip hop artist this young lad is.
Currently, The Culprit is pursuing tertiary education at Catholic University. He has so far worked with the likes of FredoKiss, Sonye, and Junior Cee among many others.
