MoBeatz ,a new record outfit ran by veteran rapper Junior Cee introduces its first artist to produce under the label. The Culprit, born Chinsinsi Chaluluka, is a sharp rapper with deep lyrical content. His delivery is smooth with a touch of some ghetto philosophy spicing up his music. The Culprit is working on his first Album with MoBeatz titled “Ghetto By Association (GBA)“.

Currently, The Culprit is pursuing tertiary education at Catholic University. He has so far worked with the likes of FredoKiss, Sonye, and Junior Cee among many others.
